1. General
· Completing the registration process constitutes a legally binding contract
· It is the responsibility of the delegates to ensure that the information, including any financial details, provided for the registration are correct.
2. Registration entitlement
· Upon payment of registration fees, delegates may attend the Scientific Programme, welcome reception, Opening and Closing Ceremony during the congress, and admission to the exhibition booths. Delegates are also entitled to a name badge (Name badge to be worn throughout the entire Congress), coffee breaks and lunch.
· Fees for accommodation and optional tours are NOT included in the registration fees.
3. Registration Process and Payment
· To enjoy the early-bird rate, full payment of the registration fee must be received by the Organiser by 28 Feb, 2025. Upon full payment, an official receipt and a letter to confirm participation will be issued via email to each delegate.

· Online payment - Credit / Debit card (Visa / Mastercard only)
4. Cancellation and Refund policies
· Delegates wishing to cancel registration must notify the WESAVC2025 Secretariat via email at asasvc@wesavc.com.
· The Organiser reserves the right to make amendment to any of the arrangements including the cancellation of the congress, should unforeseen circumstances require such action and will inform the delegates on changes, if any. There shall not be any additional liability to the Organiser of FASAVA 2024, event organiser or any other individuals/organisations associated with the organisation of the congress.
· In the special circumstances that the entire congress has to be cancelled, the Organiser will refund the registration fee to the delegates. However, the Organiser will not be liable for other associated costs, e.g. accommodation and travelling expenses, and any inconvenience incurred to the delegates due to the cancellation.
· Refunds will be paid within 30 working days after confirmation of cancellation by delegates or cancellation of the congress by the Organiser.
